Contact the Editors
We take complaints about our own work seriously, answer editorial questions, and point you to the broker for account matters.
How our partner pays outHow do I complain about something you published?
We accept that our readers are entitled to hold us to what we write. If you believe a review, a comparison, or any other page on this site is inaccurate, unfair, or has caused you harm, you may raise it with us through the contact form on this site. We ask you to identify the page and the specific passage you dispute, and to explain why you think it is wrong. We do not require you to be polite, but we do need enough detail to locate the problem.
A complaint about our editorial work is not passed to the broker and is not treated as a request for support. It is handled by the editorial desk that produced the material. We will read it, check the source material behind the passage, and correct the page where the complaint is justified. Where we decide not to change the page, we will explain our reasoning. We keep a record of corrections so that readers can see what changed and when.
We do not promise a fixed response time, and we do not offer compensation for editorial errors. What we offer is a straight answer and, where we got it wrong, a visible correction. If you are unsure whether your concern is about us or about the broker, send it to us anyway and we will tell you which desk it belongs to.
What can the editors actually answer?
The editors can answer questions about the content of this site: why a particular broker was included in a review, how a comparison was put together, what sources were used, when a page was last updated, and what a rating or a comment was meant to convey. We can also explain our corrections policy and tell you whether a page you are reading reflects our current view.
We read and write in English, and the desk works in English. Correspondence in other languages may reach us, but we cannot guarantee a reply in the language it was sent in, and we will normally respond in English so that the record of the exchange is clear.
We are an editorial resource, not a service desk. We do not give personal recommendations, we do not tell you whether to open an account, and we do not comment on the merits of an individual trade. Questions of that kind fall outside what this site is for, and we will say so rather than dress up an opinion as guidance.
Why can't you help with my account?
This site is independent of the broker. We do not hold accounts, we do not process deposits or withdrawals, we do not verify identities, and we do not have access to any customer record held by the broker. A message to us about a locked account, a missing deposit, a withdrawal delay, or a verification document does not reach the broker and cannot be acted on by us.
For anything that concerns your own account, you need the broker's own support channels. These are provided on the broker's website and inside its client area, and they are the only routes that can see your account and act on it. We describe the broker's published support options in our review pages, but we do not pass messages on and we cannot escalate a case.
If your complaint is about how this site described the broker rather than about the broker itself, that is a different matter and belongs with us. The distinction is simple: your money and your account are the broker's responsibility; our words about the broker are ours.
Which languages do you read?
The editorial desk reads English, and all material published on this site is written in English. Correspondence in English will always be understood and answered in English. We do not maintain a translation service, and we do not promise to answer in any other language.
If you write in another language, your message may still be read, but the reply will be in English and may be shorter than a reply to an English-language query. For anything urgent or detailed, English is the reliable choice.
